PAYMENT TERMS

HOW DO I PAY FOR A BOOKING?

To confirm your booking a non-refundable and  non-transferable deposit of £15.00,  per person is required.

Full payment is required no later than 31st October 2020

All Payments will be taken via card through our online booking system. No cash payments will be accepted 

DO I GET AN VAT INVOICE?

A VAT Invoice is always available once your Booking has been confirmed and can be accessed via your Guest Page to our Online System at any time.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

Bookings can be made through our online booking system, accessible via our website.  Visit winstanleyhouse.co.uk/christmas

DO YOU HAVE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION?

Winstanley House hosts 19 elegant, exceedingly spacious rooms and suites. You can make a booking by calling the reception team on 0116 366 5642

DOES YOUR BAR ACCEPT CASH  OR CARD?

We accept both cash and card.

CAN I PRE-ORDER DRINKS FOR MY CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHT?

Yes, please ask our events team for a pre-order form and we will gladly arrange for your drinks  to be served on the table for your arrival.

WHAT DO DRINKS VOUCHERS  ENTITLE US TO?

Each drinks vouchers entitle you to 2 soft drinks /a glass of house wine/single house spirit & mixer (excluding red bull)/pint of selected beer/cider.  Please speak with a coordinator regarding pricing and how to purchase.

VENUE

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Guests are encouraged to wear party attire; strictly  no trainers or jeans.

WILL A CLOAKROOM BE AVAILABLE?

If you want to wrap up for winter, we will gladly provide a cloakroom service, please note that items placed in this area will be at the owner risks, Winstanley house accepts no responsibility for any lose or damages.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE SEATED ON  EACH TABLE?

We seat up to 12 people on our tables. Parties of more than 12 people will be split across tables next to each other.

IS CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?

Winstanley House hosts 100 car parking spaces and are delighted to offer them complimentary, subject to availability. Cars can not be left overnight.

DOES THE VENUE HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?

Yes, we have disabled access to all our function rooms. However, please note that not all bedrooms have disabled access so please do inform us at the time of booking to ensure we allocate a bedroom with access to the lift rooms. However, please note that not all bedrooms have disabled.

DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER MY FOOD?

Yes all bookings are required to send a menu choice for each guest, for you convenience this will now be done through an online booking system.

CAN WE SET UP A TAB FOR OUR PARTY?

Yes, you are more than welcome to set up a tab for your event. We will need credit card details beforehand so please arrange this with your event coordinator. All tabs will need to be settled at the end of the night
